The Garden and Orchard

While the food forest extends across the entire estate, the garden and orchard is home to fruit trees - including apricot, apple, pear and plum - and beds of seasonal vegetables and herbs.

The Cantina

Nestled beneath mature apricot trees, the Cantina is an open-air gathering place with a rustic kitchen and wood-fired pizza oven. A natural extension of the garden, it's a place to gather for classes, meals, and community.
